We've been on a long kayak trip. We called around 8:45 p.m. ordered catfish and steak to go. We got there at 9 and it was ready. I told my wife there's no need to leave town for a good steak, she got filet mignon it would melt in your mouth. My catfish was excellent as well!

We came in with our family for Thanksgiving and are highly disappointed. It was over priced, short on the food, steak was cooked wrong, and we could smell the grease,will not be back.

If your ever on HWY 278 headed East to The South's Largest "PICKERS' Paradise AT THE END OF HWY 278/79, on the left it's like 39,000 square feet of Great stuff, ease on down 1 mile to Stacies home cooking, IT'S AWESOME FOOD, THE PLATES ARE OVER FLOWING WIT FOOD, U GET FREE TEA, BREAD AND A DESERT, FOR $5.99, THE OWNER STACY SAID "GREAT FOOD DESERVES GREAT PEOPLE" She said anyone can charge high prices and Get some folks, but Charge a lower price and Pack the Place every day, Borden Ramsey should Visit Stacys and Cedar Landing, FOR GREAT FOOD and Friendly Staff.

Nice hometown restaurant ,good variety on the menu. Served a huge group of people in a very timely manner. Waitresses were quick and orders were correct and prompt. Thanks we will go there again in the future.

I don't even rate this ceder landing one star it is terrible.the waitress got my order wrong and our food wasn't brought out the same time.my son ordered shrimp.he said it was really chewy.they over cooked it. the mashed potatoes are instant and the okra was cold and hard.the chicken fried steak is from the bags that u buy from walmart.the roll was burnt.im not coming back and I'll let my friends family know it's bad.also it took forever for the waitress to take our order.and took forever to get our food.and we ordered fried green tomatoes yuck they were burnt.we won't be back.bad customer service and food

Love this place, the food is great and the staff are out of this world. I will travel from Tuscaloosa to Cedar Landing just for the Chicken Fried Steak. Awesome place, don't miss it.

Very good food. The server was very pleasant and friendly. We were visiting the area and were tired. The service was not fast but the atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable. Will definitely visit again.

Service was great but my crab cakes were not good. They were deep fried fishy hockey pucks. Hubby liked his steak though.

Great food, hot and fresh to the table when ordering off the menu. They also have a steam table at lunch with a variety of choices. The salad bar is always fresh and available at every meal. The price is reasonable and the service is good.
